These Terms of Service govern your use of Sun AR, an app and related website operated by Pixby Media AB. By using Sun AR, you agree to these terms.
Company
When we say “Sun AR”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”, we mean Pixby Media AB. When we say “you”, we mean the person using Sun AR.
The service
Sun AR helps you view and plan the sun's path, sunrise, sunset, golden hour, blue hour, daylight duration, widgets, maps, solar notifications, and augmented reality sun position features.
Sun AR is provided “as is”. We work to keep it useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the service will meet every use case.
Purchases and subscriptions
Sun AR may offer free features, auto-renewable subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, and one-time purchases.
Sun AR Premium Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features for one year, including any-date sun path previews, solar event alerts, and other premium planning tools shown in the app.
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal price are shown before you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and your Apple Account will be charged for the next subscription period.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Payment is charged through your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase in the App Store purchase sheet. Prices, trial availability, taxes, and currencies may vary by country or region and are shown before purchase.
If you buy a one-time purchase, it unlocks the features shown in the app for that purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple and are subject to Apple's rules and policies.
You can restore eligible purchases in the app using the Restore button.
App Store terms
Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard end-user license agreement where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Sun AR, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Location, camera, and notifications
Some Sun AR features need access to location, camera, notifications, or related device permissions. You can grant, deny, or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.
Changes to Sun AR
We may update, change, add, or remove features from Sun AR. We may also update these terms as the app changes. If a change is significant, we will make the updated terms available on this page.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pixby Media AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sun AR.
Sun AR provides sun position and daylight information for planning and convenience. You should not rely on it as the sole source for safety-critical, legal, construction, navigation, medical, or emergency decisions.
